Our People Advisory Services department is in need of a motivated and flexible professional to enhance our payroll area. We welcome returnees to embark on this exciting professional journey and become part of our unique Tax Payroll team, contributing to stimulating projects on a daily basis!
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration.
- Maintain payroll accounting and/or manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security partners.
- Collaborate with our near-shore and off-shore teams to complete monthly payroll tasks.
- Assist in the acquisition of new clients and engage in networking at the location.
- Contribute to exciting internal and external projects from day one, gaining in-depth insights into various industries and corporate divisions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A recognized diploma/certificate in payroll, social security specialist, or social security expert.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of German or French is considered an asset.
- A strong analytical mind, combining methodical rigor with creative solutions.
- A significant first experience in wage processing.
- Sound knowledge and experience with MS Office, ABACUS, and/or SAP is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a confident demeanor.
- A true team player, willing to invest in long-term collaboration.
