Our People Advisory Services department is seeking a motivated and flexible individual for the payroll area in a senior consultant role (part-time position; returnees are welcome). Embark on your next professional journey and become part of our unique Tax Payroll team, where you'll support exciting projects every day!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration.
• Manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security partners.
• Assist our near-shore and off-shore teams in completing monthly payroll tasks.
• Contribute to the acquisition of new clients and networking at the location.
• Engage in exciting internal and external projects from day one, gaining in-depth insights into a wide range of industries and corporate divisions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• A recognized diploma/certificate in payroll, social security specialist, or social security expert.
• An excellent command of English; German/French is a plus.
• A strong analytical mind with the ability to combine method and rigor.
• Significant experience in wage processing.
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office, ABACUS, and/or SAP is considered an asset.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and confident demeanor.
• A true team player, committed to long-term collaboration within a team.
