Your Key Responsibilities

• Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration.
• Manage payroll accounting duties, including effective communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security partners.
• Collaborate with our near-shore and off-shore teams to ensure timely completion of monthly payroll tasks.
• Assist in the acquisition of new clients and foster networking opportunities at the location.
• Engage in exciting internal and external projects from day one, gaining deep insights into diverse industries and corporate divisions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• A recognized diploma or certificate in payroll or as a social security specialist/expert.
• An excellent command of English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply methodical rigor.
• Relevant experience in wage processing.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with ABACUS and/or SAP is considered a plus.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a confident demeanor.
• A true team player, committed to long-term collaboration with peers.
