Our Deloitte SAP Plan to Make consultants own the capabilities required to evaluate, develop, and implement a wide range of SAP integrated solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

The SAP team delivers business-focused transformation programmes supported by process design, people solutions, and technology. We focus on realizing operational improvements and efficiencies across business operations. We closely partner with SAP globally and combine their tools and functionalities with our proven expertise to offer the best solutions to our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will support exciting large-scale projects in Switzerland and abroad.
• You will accompany clients from the conceptual design of initial ideas to successful implementation in operations.
• You will undertake sub-project manager tasks within the scope of new implementations.
• You will design and extend SAP standard software solutions.
• You will develop customer applications and integrate various software solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a University degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) and at least 2 years of professional experience in an SAP environment; exposure to S/4HANA is a plus.
• You have a good understanding of and practical experience in one of the SAP Plan To Make domains, such as:
  • SAP Production Planning (PP)
  • SAP MES
  • SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
• You possess skills as an SAP enabler and communicator between technical experts and the business.
• You work independently, take initiative, and welcome responsibility. You have strong technical and analytical skills and are a reliable team player with experience managing staff.
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland and are prepared to work abroad. You communicate confidently in German and English. Additional languages are a bonus.
