Our Deloitte SAP Plan to Make consultants own the capabilities required to evaluate, develop, and implement a wide range of SAP integrated solutions that address our clients' business needs.

The SAP team delivers business-focused transformation programs supported by process design, people solutions, and technology. We focus on realizing operational improvements and efficiencies across business operations. We closely partner with SAP globally, combining their tools and functionalities with our proven expertise to offer the best solutions to our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will support exciting large-scale projects in Switzerland and abroad.
• You will accompany clients from the conceptual design of initial ideas to successful implementation in operations.
• You will take on sub-project manager tasks within the scope of new implementations.
• You will design and extend SAP standard software solutions.
• You will work on the development of customer applications and the integration of various software solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a University degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) and at least 2 years of professional experience in a SAP environment; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.
• You have a good understanding of and practical experience in one of the SAP Plan To Make domains, such as:
  • SAP Production Planning (PP)
  • SAP MES
  • SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
• You possess skills in communicating effectively between technical experts and the business.
• You work independently, take initiative, and are willing to assume responsibility. You have excellent technical and analytical skills, are a reliable team player, and have experience managing staff.
• You are open to traveling within Switzerland and are prepared to work abroad, communicating confidently in German and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
