About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists. You will help international clients develop strategies and implement systems that create business value and enhance performance. With our extensive experience on complex IT projects globally, we seek an individual with a strong background in IT infrastructure to provide a technical perspective on IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with our clients' top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize your knowledge and our international network to advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that meets clients' needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions, coordinating teams across various areas of expertise.
• Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to create meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, complemented by a proven track record in managing small engagements or parts of larger ones related to IT infrastructure and transformations.
• You possess strong analytical skills and can communicate technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• You thrive on taking ownership and tackling challenges, with a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and related technologies that drives you to stay current with industry trends.
• You are fluent in English and open to travel (mainly within Switzerland). Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
