Job Description

Join Deloitte as a Senior Consultant/Manager and advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. As part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, you will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. Leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure to contribute to IT strategy, operating model design, architecture, business management, agility advisory, and M&A projects.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with our client's top technology executives to turn their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that meets our clients' needs, drawing on your knowledge and our international network of experts.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams across various areas of expertise.
• Serve as a key facilitator between business and IT to drive meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in business informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger ones in IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive attitude with ownership of challenges; a motivation for staying up-to-date with industry trends in IT infrastructure and related technologies.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel (mostly within Switzerland); knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is an advantage.
