Job Description

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. Your role will involve helping organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. We are seeking someone with a background in IT infrastructure to bring a technical lens to areas such as IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Partner with our client's top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Utilize your knowledge and our international network of experts to advise on and oversee the development of IT infrastructures that meet clients' needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams with diverse expertise.
• Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to create meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• A graduate in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics with experience managing engagements in IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership of challenges, with a keen interest in IT infrastructure and trends.
• Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel mostly within Switzerland. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is an advantage.
