How You Can Make an Impact

As a HR Cloud Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will focus on advising and implementing cloud technology solutions for diverse clients and projects. You will help transform HR functions by digitalizing HR environments using cloud technologies like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR.

• Align HR functional and/or HR technological drivers with business drivers
• Guide final deliverables of the go-Live
• Perform quality assurance and advise on HR IT strategies

Who We Are Looking For

• Excellent command of English and French, German proficiency is a plus
• Experience with HR cloud technologies implementation
• Certification in HR cloud technologies
• Relevant university degree
• Strong analytical and communication skills
