Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multinational companies with targeted advice and strategies for running Global Mobility programs efficiently. Our team supports clients with the end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees, ensuring optimal tax compliance and positioning. As part of the US Tax team, you will also advise on US tax returns and compliance topics.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Prepare and review US individual income tax returns for both US resident and non-resident taxpayers.
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations while managing various tasks related to the successful management of Global Mobility programs for our clients.
• Oversee the tasks and quality of work completed by junior members of the team.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies, ensuring consistent global tax treatment for various assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on tax and social security implications related to various global employment issues, including tax residency, avoidance of double taxation, and the taxation of complex compensation such as severance payments and incentive income.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• Ideally, you have 3 years or more of US tax experience and hold or are pursuing relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA).
• Experience in global mobility or with a “Big-4” firm is a plus.
• You are curious, take initiative, and enjoy taking on responsibility while working in project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
