Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multi-national companies with targeted advice and strategies to efficiently manage Global Mobility programs. Our team supports clients in handling end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees while optimizing tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will also advise on US tax returns and compliance topics.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Prepare and review US individual income tax returns for US resident and non-resident taxpayers, including various forms specific to US residents with activities outside the United States.
• Handle tax reconciliations and equalization calculations, contributing to the successful management of Global Mobility programs for our clients.
• Oversee the quality of work and completion of tasks by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies, ensuring consistent global tax treatment of assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on tax and social security implications related to global employment issues, including tax residency, avoidance of double taxation, and taxation of complex compensation such as severance payments and incentive income.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• Ideally, you possess 3+ years of US tax experience and hold, are pursuing, or will pursue the relevant qualification (e.g., EA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in global mobility or with a “Big-4” firm is a plus.
• You are curious, take initiative, enjoy responsibility, and prefer a systematic approach while working in project teams.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
