Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organizations

As a (Senior) Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will provide immigration advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. You will work on diverse engagements and, together with your team, provide international organizations with leading immigration services—ultimately enabling our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to guide clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
• Manage and drive your own case and client portfolio, staying on top of your pending tasks—from the initial client contact to document collection, application drafting, filing, and receipt of final approvals.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain direct contact with authorities.
• Ensure up-to-date client records and files in our case management tool.
• Prioritize multiple client requests in a fast-paced, high-stakes immigration landscape.

Who We Are Looking For

• A holder of a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a similar field.
• Initial experience in the field of immigration or HR/Global Mobility.
• A strong inclination for direct client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and collaborating in international team setups.
• Structured, resilient, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to challenge the status quo and interest in technology and process efficiencies.
• Confident communication capability, fluent in English and German or French, with Italian as a plus.
