Join our Swiss market-leading Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration Team, dedicated to advising corporate and mid-market clients in navigating and capitalizing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Carve-outs. Our team of experts delivers bespoke integration and separation advisory services, managing complex engagements while leveraging deep functional expertise in finance, human resources, commercial, supply chain, and technology. At Deloitte, we provide end-to-end M&A advisory and collaborate closely with colleagues in transaction services, valuations, and corporate finance. As part of the Strategy, Risk, and Transactions Business Line, we also engage with our Strategy, Sustainability, Regulatory, Forensics, and Technology teams to ensure a seamless and value-driven approach to transactions.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Integration and separation projects delivery: Apply forward-looking approaches and tailored methodologies in client situations to successfully manage complex M&A separations and integrations.
  • M&A value creation: Conduct operational and financial analysis to support the assessment of merger synergies, the impact and complexities of carve-outs, as well as the stand-alone performance improvement potential of buyouts and corporate divestments.
  • Exceptional client service: Advise clients across Deloitte's offerings, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring engagement teams adhere to high standards of quality and methodology.
  • Project scope and delivery: Define, plan, resource, and execute project scopes while managing client expectations and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Team development: Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment that encourages excellence in project execution.
  • Analytical and AI solutions: Provide strategic insights and leverage advanced analytical and AI solutions to enhance client outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, highly motivated to lead and grow independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities focused on strategic decision-making and attention to detail, with a proven track record of simplifying complex concepts and creating executive-level narratives.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university with exceptional academic performance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant M&A experience in consulting or industry roles, preferably within one of the key Swiss industries such as financial services, life sciences, consumer products, or industrials.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management acumen, with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive storytelling.
  • Aptitude for AI technologies and a keen interest in innovating client offerings through AI integration.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in an international context. Proficiency in German or French is an asset.
