How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue parameters.
• Design and implement complex data and analytics transformations, offering architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership.
• Lead Data & AI use cases from concept to production.
• Establish and maintain trusted client relationships through project work and business development, expanding your network internally and externally.
• Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for your colleagues by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and expertise.
• Enhance your knowledge in various industry and subject matter areas and share insights with the Deloitte talent.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills: ability to design and create impactful presentations.
• Conceptual Capability: adept at consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs and simplifying complex challenges.
• Business-IT Translator: proficient in leading requirement analysis and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: proven ability to guide both nearshore and offshore technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
• Technical Integration: skilled in system component integration, providing clear business explanations, and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Solid experience with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions across one or more cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services for deploying use cases on the cloud is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
