• Develop data strategies that enable clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership while guiding clients through implementation.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from initial business value concepts to production.
• Foster and maintain trusted client relationships through project engagement or business development, expanding your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development initiatives to create new project opportunities.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Exceptional conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs.
• Skilled in leading requirement analysis and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead teams, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in integrating system components and facilitating technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong Engineering and/or Mathematics background.
• Solid experience with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and adjacent services for production use cases on cloud platforms.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau is preferred.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• At least 3 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
