How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable clients to meet their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design and execute complex data & analytics transformations through architectural, technical, and organizational leadership.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work and business development.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Enhance your expertise in various industry and subject matter areas while sharing knowledge with your colleagues.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with a knack for creating compelling presentations.
• Strong conceptual skills to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs.
• Competence in leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Proven ability to guide nearshore and offshore technical implementation teams for project success.
• Skilled in integrating system components and conducting technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Solid experience with Python; experience with R is an advantage.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services for production use cases on cloud platforms is preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is advantageous.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred.

Industry Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
