How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions focusing on data management, ensuring high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that enable clients to achieve their business goals across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Lead complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural and technical expertise to guide clients in execution.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project engagements and business development opportunities.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Expand knowledge in various industry areas and share insights with colleagues across Deloitte.

What We Are Looking For

• Drive and Motivation: Passionate individuals eager to build a career in AI & Data, open to learning new concepts and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Consulting and Communication Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for impactful presentations, able to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, and function as a conduit between business needs and technical specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in data management or cloud-based data platforms, with a proven record of implementing solutions and working with industry-standard tools.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred for effective communication.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in data topics within a consultancy, tech company, or industry.
