How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management areas such as data quality, master and reference data, catalogs, and data platforms to ensure high-quality, usable data.
• Develop comprehensive data strategies that enable our clients to meet their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Lead complex data and analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients in execution.
• Drive data and AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project initiatives and business development, expanding your internal and external network.
• Contribute to business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for colleagues by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and subject matter expertise.

What We Are Looking For

• Consulting and Communication Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of designing impactful presentations.
  • Strong conceptual capabilities, excelling at consolidating diverse requirements into coherent solution designs.
  • Effective at translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Attention to detail in conveying technical specifics through written and oral communication in both 1-on-1 meetings and workshops.
  • Support business development by preparing and leading workshops with prospective clients.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Data Management:
    • Experience with 2+ projects in implementing master data management, data quality, reference data, or catalog solutions.
    • Proven track record in leading nearshore/offshore teams during implementations.
    • Hands-on experience from vendor selection through implementation and operation.
    • Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, or GCP.
  • Cloud-based Data Platforms:
    • Experience executing 2+ projects in implementing data lakehouses.
    • Leadership in nearshore/offshore team integrations.
    • Comprehensive involvement from vendor selection to implementation and operation.
    • Expertise with solutions from vendors like Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
    • Knowledge of common development methodologies.
    • Proficiency in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for platforms.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant practical experience and technical knowledge in data topics acquired within consultancy, technology, or industry contexts.
