How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in areas of data management (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, catalogs, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that help clients meet their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue areas.
• Lead complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients through significant organizational changes.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from concept to production.
• Foster trusted client relationships through project work and business development efforts, expanding your internal and external network.
• Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for your colleagues by showcasing a strong work ethic, leadership, and industry expertise.
• Expand your knowledge in various industry and subject matter areas and share insights with the Deloitte team.

  • Skilled in bridging business needs and technical solutions as a Business-IT translator.
  • Detail-oriented in conveying technical specifics of solution design through discussions and workshops.
  • Contribute to business development by preparing and facilitating workshops with potential clients.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Data Management:
    • Experience in implementing master data management, data quality, reference data, or catalog solutions across 2+ projects.
    • Proven leadership in guiding nearshore/offshore teams during implementations.
    • Hands-on experience from vendor selection to solution operation.
    • Expertise with platforms from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, or GCP.
  • Cloud-based Data Platforms:
    • Involvement in at least 2 projects focused on implementing data lakehouses.
    • Leadership of nearshore/offshore teams in implementations.
    • Comprehensive experience from vendor selection to operational management.
    • Proficient with solutions from vendors like Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
    • Familiarity with common development methodologies.
    • Strong technical design and documentation skills for data architecture on these platforms.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Industry Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant practical experience and technical knowledge of data topics from a consultancy, tech company, or industry.
