How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions focused on data management (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, data platforms) that deliver high-quality and usable data.
• Develop data strategies that support clients in achieving their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Guide clients through complex data and analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from initial concept to production.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships while expanding your internal and external network.
• Support business development efforts to generate new projects.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Enhance your knowledge in various industry domains and share insights with Deloitte talent.

  • Proficient as a business-IT translator, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Attention to detail in technical design and effective communication of technical specifics in various settings.
  • Experience in leading workshops with prospective clients to support business development.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Data Management:
    • 2+ projects implementing master data management, data quality, and reference data solutions.
    • Experience leading nearshore/offshore teams during implementations.
    • Hands-on experience from vendor selection to operational management.
    • Proficient with technologies from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, GCP.
  • Cloud-based Data Platforms:
    • 2+ projects in implementing data lakehouses.
    • Experience leading teams in cloud-based implementations.
    • Hands-on across the entire journey from vendor selection to deployment and operations.
    • Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks.
    • Knowledge of prevalent development methodologies.
    • Expertise in designing and documenting data architecture.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a consultancy, tech company, or industry with a focus on data.
