Our M&A practice features a dedicated group of highly qualified individuals. All new team members get to work on live engagements and have the opportunity to make a real contribution to transactions as well as deal generation from day one. Our M&A advisors have a long track record of completed deals and are thoroughly trained in bulge bracket investment banks and Big 4 corporate finance teams.

The Corporate Finance Advisory Team offers our clients financial and strategic advice in the context of M&A transactions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Interact and work with senior-level client staff on demanding projects - both domestically and cross-border, while developing financial models (such as valuation or merger models), preparing information memoranda, management presentations, and handling day-to-day client communication.
• Enhance your deal execution experience: from project management and financial analysis to preparing transaction documents and client presentations.
• Contribute to landmark transactions in the Swiss marketplace by providing buy- and sell-side advisory services to our discerning financial institutions clientele in Switzerland.
• Join a global network of M&A specialists in a professional, diverse, exciting, and enjoyable work environment.
• Develop and broaden your network while working autonomously under the supervision of an engagement manager/director.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are an open and curious individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as international academic or work experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Ideally, you have 2-4 years of prior work experience in the execution and origination of M&A transactions, gained at an investment bank, consultancy firm, private equity/buy-side, or another Big 4 firm, preferably with knowledge of key Swiss industry sectors.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an additional advantage.
