Join Our Team as a Senior Commercial Manager
Lead the growth and development of our Human Nutrition and Care (HNC) business across EMEA. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will drive our regional strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and engage with key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Translate global pricing strategy to a regional industry level and ensure implementation across the European organization.
- Achieve the sales objectives of HNC EMEA by providing direction, guidance, and coaching on commercial targets, pricing strategy, supply situation, and market overview across the HNC EMEA sales teams.
- Develop sales and profit budgets for the HNC EMEA organization and translate these into KPIs.
- Manage and monitor the supply chain and inventory levels to ensure product availability, including responsible allocation decisions during shortages.
- Coordinate with HNC Global Commercial Management, other regional sales organizations, Product Management, Premix organization, Logistics, Customer Services, Finance, QA, and SHE, as well as NBD, TTH, and P&B.

You Bring
- A university or higher level of education in Chemistry/Food Technology or Business Administration, along with knowledge of market dynamics in the Nutrition Ingredients industry.
- At least 10 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, and/or Product Management, with strong product strategy and portfolio knowledge; marketing experience is a significant advantage.
- A solid understanding of marketing-mix strategies and the dynamics of price/volume characteristics in a competitive market.
- Extensive knowledge of HNC business strategy and goals, with an in-depth understanding of dsm-firmenich's strengths and weaknesses compared to competitors.
- Assertiveness and strong decision-making capabilities, coupled with demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into persuasive arguments.
