We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to join our SAP BT&A team. In this role, you will assist in designing and delivering innovative SAP solutions as part of large-scale transformation programs for global clients. Our team is dedicated to both technology and business architecture strategy, encompassing the analysis of current landscapes, definition of target architectures, and ensuring the successful integration of SAP solutions within broader IT ecosystems.
Your Impact
- Bridge business and IT: Serve as a key interface between IT and the business by translating business needs into optimal IT concepts and technical solutions.
- Evaluate and advise: Analyze customers' technology architectures and integrations, propose the best use of SAP solutions, and provide guidance on implementation.
- Innovation and operations: Lead innovation projects, manage teams of functional/technical consultants and client staff from ideation through execution, and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Business development: Assist in the sales cycles of the projects and identify growth opportunities in existing projects.
- Thought leadership: Drive the articulation of PwC thought leadership content (white papers, blog posts, lectures) and represent PwC at major global events.
Your Skill Set
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
- Several years of experience in a multi-national environment.
- Solid foundational knowledge of the SAP product portfolio and product placement strategy.
- Proficiency in one or both of the following areas:
- One or more of SAP S/4HANA core areas (modules).
- SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Understanding of large ERP transformations, including migration concepts, transformation requirements, and operational methodologies, such as SAP Activate.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp new technology concepts and maintain a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong management consulting skills, particularly in identifying business opportunities and creative solutions, with excellent presentation and pitching abilities.
- A mindset for strategic thinking and continuous learning, along with curiosity and ownership in tackling challenges.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Target school background; MBA or PhD are advantageous.
- Fluency in German or French is a significant plus.
- Previous consulting experience with large organizations and managing senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with request for proposal (RfP) processes and the ability to present technical requirements in various formats.
- Relevant SAP certifications, such as P_SAPEA, P_BTPA, C_CPI, etc.
- Other related qualifications in areas such as Agile Methods, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), GenAI/ML, AWS/Azure/GCP, programming, databases, and DevOps.
