Your Impact
As a key member of our VAT and Customs team in Zurich, you will provide expert advice to Swiss and international clients on Swiss, EU, and US customs and trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding clients on classification, valuation, origin, and preferential trade agreements as well as export controls and sanctions.
- Developing solutions for complex customs-related challenges, including audits, investigations, and disputes.
- Assisting clients in understanding the impact of customs and trade laws on their business operations and supply chains.
- Engaging with clients, local and foreign Customs Authorities, as well as Customs, Trade, and VAT experts from our international PwC network.
Your Skill Set
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in accounting, economics, business, law, or a similar field related to International Customs and Trade.
- A strong interest in the Customs and Trade area.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional fluency in German, French, or Italian preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of consulting experience in customs and trade.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, complemented by a consulting and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A desire to continuously improve our service offerings.
