Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Trade, Industries & Services - US GAAP

Your Impact

You will support the engagement manager in planning, executing, and completing group and local audits across a variety of non-financial services industries, with a focus on US GAAP and SOX testing.

You will execute testing of SOX internal controls in accordance with the latest PCAOB guidance, demonstrating your knowledge and expertise in internal controls testing for significant subsidiaries of US-listed entities based in Switzerland.

You will collaborate with a motivated team in a dynamic environment, focused on identifying opportunities to add value for our clients, teams, and yourself.

You will assist the engagement manager in coordinating a network of international teams on your engagements, whether in the US or Europe.

You will have the chance to work on challenging projects and will receive constructive feedback from colleagues and your coach, enhancing your leadership skills both on and off the job.

Your Skill Set

• You hold a university degree in accounting or an equivalent qualification and have successfully completed the US CPA (or equivalent).
• You have 3-5 years of recent experience working with a public accounting firm, along with extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX.
• You possess strong analytical and excellent interpersonal skills, which you demonstrate when collaborating with clients and teams.
• Your verbal and written English skills are exceptional.
• You take on a coaching role for your team members and can work effectively and efficiently in a SOX testing environment.
• You exhibit excellent analytical and summarizing abilities.
