How You Can Make an Impact

You will be:

  • Involved in providing auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking and securities firm clients.
  • Leading the execution of financial and regulatory audits, managing fieldwork teams and coaching junior members.
  • Interacting directly with senior management of the audit team and clients to discuss audit observations and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Engaging with complex financial aspects including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, trading, financial instrument valuations, and consolidations under international and local GAAP.
  • Addressing regulatory matters such as anti-money laundering, organization and internal control, market conduct, risk management, solvency and liquidity, and consolidated supervision.
  • Supporting the continuous training and development of our expanding audit team.
  • Given the chance to demonstrate leadership and cultivate new client relationships, thereby attracting new business.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have initiated your journey to become a Swiss Certified Public Accountant or are interested in doing so.
  • Possess two to four years of external audit experience, preferably in a Big4 environment.
  • Have hands-on experience with accounting standards such as OR, IFRS, and US GAAP, as well as FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
  • Are a resilient team player who works independently, efficiently, and solution-oriented.
  • Thrive in collaborative settings, easily cultivating customer relationships due to your experience.
  • Communicate confidently in English, with proficiency in French (Geneva) or German (Zurich); additional languages are advantageous.
  • Work independently, driven by new challenges, with an entrepreneurial spirit and readiness for new responsibilities.
  • Are committed to playing an active role in the ongoing transformation of audits, enhancing the level of assurance, data insights, and delivery efficiency.
