Our auditors assist national and international clients in achieving their corporate goals, managing risks, and enhancing business performance. You will conduct audit missions alongside a diverse range of clients, working independently while benefiting from the expert guidance of experienced professionals. Your participation will be crucial in the development of our services.

How You Can Make an Impact

• From day one, you'll engage in significant projects, allowing you to immerse yourself in the Audit environment and its responsibilities.
• Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, offering on-the-job training and cultivating talent through evaluation and guidance.
• Collaborate with the team lead to audit annual and consolidated financial statements of both national and international clients in compliance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, FER, and IFRS).
• Join our motivated, multicultural team at our offices in Geneva or Lausanne.
• Experience a work environment characterized by strong team spirit that supports both professional and personal development.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling.
• At least 2 years of audit experience at a Big4 firm.
• Strong understanding of IFRS audit standards.
• CPA or ACCA license (or equivalent).
• Motivated team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in commonly used computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office); experience in data analytics is advantageous.
