Our auditors assist national and international clients in achieving their corporate goals, managing risks, and enhancing business performance. In close collaboration with our professionals, you will conduct audits for a diverse range of clients, allowing you to work independently while benefiting from the guidance of our experienced staff. Your contributions will be vital to the development of our service offerings.

How You Can Make an Impact

• From day one, you will engage in significant projects, providing you with an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the audit environment and its responsibilities.
• Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced team members, providing on-the-job training and helping to cultivate talent through evaluation and counseling.
• Collaborate with the team lead to audit annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, FER, and IFRS).
• Join our motivated, multicultural team at our Geneva or Lausanne office.
• Experience a work environment characterized by strong team spirit, allowing for both professional and personal development.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling.
• A minimum of 2 years of audit experience at a Big Four firm.
• Strong understanding of IFRS audit standards.
• CFA or ACCA license (or equivalent).
• Motivated, self-starting team player with a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in commonly used computer applications, such as Microsoft Office; competency in data analytics is an advantage.
