How You Can Make an Impact

• Manage and help deliver audit engagements of multinational companies or Swiss subsidiaries of US companies within our US corporate audit team.
• Focus primarily on PCAOB (US GAAP and/or IFRS) engagements, while also having the opportunity to work on ISA engagements, if desired.
• Leverage analytical tools and technologies to tackle challenges in increasingly innovative ways.
• Coach Swiss-based audit teams on technical US accounting, auditing, and reporting matters.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff, contributing to performance feedback and training.

Who We Are Looking For

• Your core strengths include analytical, organizational, and social skills!
• You may already have a degree in business administration or a related finance field; however, you are eager to learn more.
• You have 3 to 5 busy seasons of experience, preferably with both listed and private clients, and an extensive track record in audits according to PCAOB standards, including group and component experience.
• You possess a high level of IT affinity, being well-versed in data analytics and innovative tools.
• You are fluent in English; additional knowledge of French or German would be an asset.
