How You Can Make an Impact

• Manage and support the delivery of audit engagements for multinational companies or Swiss subsidiaries of US firms within our US corporate audit team.
• Primarily focus on PCAOB (US GAAP and/or IFRS) engagements, with the option to explore ISA engagements if desired.
• Utilize analytical tools and technologies to tackle challenges in innovative ways.
• Coach Swiss-based audit teams on technical US accounting, auditing, and reporting matters.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff, while contributing to performance feedback and training.

Who We Are Looking For

• Your core strengths include analytical, organizational, and social skills.
• A degree in business administration or a similar finance field is preferred, along with a strong desire to learn.
• Experience of 3 to 5 busy seasons, ideally with both listed and private clients, and a proven track record in audits compliant with PCAOB standards, including group and component experience.
• High IT affinity; proficient in data analytics and innovative tools.
• Fluent in English (additional knowledge of French or German is a plus).
