How You Can Make an Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Provide auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking and securities firm clients.
  • Lead the execution of financial and regulatory audits, managing and coaching junior team members during fieldwork at client sites.
  • Engage directly with senior management of the audit team and clients to discuss audit observations and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work on complex financial areas, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, trading, financial investments, and valuations under international and local GAAP.
  • Handle regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, internal controls, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency, liquidity, and consolidated supervision.
  • Support the ongoing training and development of our expanding audit team.
  • Demonstrate your leadership and talent by building new client relationships and attracting new business.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have either initiated the process to become a Swiss Certified Public Accountant or are interested in pursuing it.
  • Possess two to four years of external audit experience, ideally within a Big 4 environment.
  • Have practical experience with accounting frameworks such as OR, IFRS, and US GAAP, along with knowledge of FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
  • Are a resilient team player who works independently and efficiently, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Thrive in team settings, effortlessly building customer relationships due to your experience with clients.
  • Communicate confidently in English, with additional proficiency in French (Geneva) or German (Zurich) being advantageous. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Are motivated by new challenges, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and embrace new responsibilities.
  • Are committed to actively participating in the evolution of auditing, thereby enhancing assurance levels, data insights, and the efficiency of delivery.
