How You Can Make an Impact

You will be:

  • Involved in providing auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking and securities firm clients.
  • Leading the execution of financial and regulatory audits and managing audit teams during fieldwork, coaching junior team members.
  • Interacting directly with senior management of the audit team and clients to discuss audit observations and recommendations for improvement.
  • Working on complex financial areas, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, trading, financial investments, and valuations under international and local GAAP.
  • Engaged in regulatory matters such as anti-money laundering, organization and internal control, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency, and liquidity.
  • Supporting and enhancing the continued training and development of our expanding audit team.
  • Provided opportunities to demonstrate your leadership abilities and talent in building new client relationships and attracting new business.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have commenced your journey to become a Swiss Certified Public Accountant or are interested in doing so.
  • Possess two to four years of external audit experience, preferably in a Big4 environment.
  • Have practical knowledge of accounting frameworks such as OR, IFRS, US GAAP, and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
  • Demonstrate resilience as a team player, working independently and solution-oriented.
  • Enjoy teamwork and cultivate strong customer relationships effortlessly.
  • Communicate confidently in English, and French (in Geneva) or German (in Zurich); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Thrive on independence and are motivated by new challenges, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Aspire to play an active role in the ongoing transformation of the audit process by enhancing assurance levels, data insights, and delivery efficiency.
