How You Can Make an Impact

You will be:

  • Involved in delivering auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking and securities firm clients.
  • Leading the execution of financial and regulatory audits, managing and coaching junior team members during fieldwork at client sites.
  • Engaging directly with senior management of both audit teams and clients to discuss findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Working on complex financial areas, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, trading, financial investment valuations, and consolidations under various accounting standards.
  • Addressing regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, internal controls, market conduct, risk management, and solvency.
  • Supporting the ongoing training and development of our growing audit team.
  • Given the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills and build new client relationships to attract new business.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are pursuing your Swiss Certified Public Accountant designation or are interested in doing so.
  • Have two to four years of external audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
  • Possess practical experience with accounting standards such as OR, IFRS, US GAAP, and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
  • Are a resilient team player who works independently, efficiently, and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and naturally foster strong customer relationships.
  • Communicate confidently in English, and either French (Geneva) or German (Zurich); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrate motivation to tackle new challenges with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Are committed to playing an active role in the transformation of audits by enhancing assurance quality and delivery efficiency.
