Your Impact

You Will Be:

  • Involved in providing auditing and assurance services to local and international banking and securities clients.
  • Leading financial and regulatory audit execution during client fieldwork, managing and coaching junior team members.
  • Interacting directly with senior management of the audit team and clients to discuss audit observations and improvement recommendations.
  • Working on complex financial areas, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, trading, and financial instruments valuations and consolidations under international and local GAAP.
  • Engaging with regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, internal controls, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency, liquidity, and consolidated supervision.
  • Supporting and contributing to the ongoing training and development of our growing audit team.
  • Given opportunities to display your leadership ability by building new client relationships and attracting new business.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have begun your pathway to becoming a Swiss Certified Public Accountant or are interested in doing so.
  • Have two to four years of external audit experience, ideally within a Big4 environment.
  • Possess practical experience with accounting standards such as OR, IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements for banks set by FINMA.
  • Are a resilient team player, capable of working independently, efficiently, and solution-oriented.
  • Enjoy collaboration and excel at building customer relationships due to your experience with clients.
  • Communicate confidently in English, as well as in French (Geneva) or German (Zurich). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Are self-motivated and eager to tackle new challenges. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy taking on new responsibilities.
  • Are driven to play an active role in the continuous transformation of the audit process, improving assurance levels, data, insights, and the efficiency of delivery.
