How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing auditing and assurance services to a portfolio of international and local banking and securities firm clients.
  • Leading the execution of financial and regulatory audits during fieldwork at client sites, while managing and coaching junior team members.
  • Interacting directly with senior management of the audit team and audit clients to discuss audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Working on complex financial areas, including goodwill, loan loss provisioning, trading, financial investments, financial instrument valuations, and consolidations under international and local GAAP.
  • Working on regulatory issues such as anti-money laundering, organization and internal control, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency and liquidity, and consolidated supervision.
  • Supporting the ongoing training and development of our growing audit team.
  • Demonstrating leadership skills to build new client relationships and attract new business.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are pursuing or interested in becoming a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.
  • Have two to four years of external audit experience, preferably in a Big4 environment.
  • Possess practical experience with accounting standards such as OR, IFRS, US GAAP, and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
  • Exhibit resilience as a team player, working independently, efficiently, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and excel in building strong client relationships.
  • Communicate confidently in English and possess proficiency in French (Geneva) or German (Zurich). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Are self-motivated and thrive on new challenges, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
  • Aspired to play an active role in the continuous transformation of the audit process, enhancing the quality of assurance, data insights, and delivery efficiency.
