We are offering a position as a Senior Architect with long-term career prospects within our architecture department. This role focuses on designing laboratory and production buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in Switzerland, emphasizing high-quality architectural design.
Your responsibilities will encompass all tasks across project phases 1-5 in accordance with SIA standards.
Explore Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to architectural design for complex laboratory and production facilities.
- Manage and execute projects across SIA phases 1-5.
- Develop design concepts that integrate technical and regulatory requirements into high-quality architecture.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Show Your Expertise
- Master of Science in Architecture (Switzerland or equivalent) with 5-7 years of professional experience in the Swiss market.
- Ideally, experience in the design of pharmaceutical and/or biotech facilities.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools, especially Revit, along with strong knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations.
- Ability to visually present and clearly communicate results according to project phases.
- Creative, team-oriented, with a quick grasp of complex topics and the ability to distill key information.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to inspire and manage stakeholders effectively, including leadership skills in client interactions.
- Fluent in German, English, and French, with a passion for translating complex technical requirements into identity-defining architecture.
