We operate across the full spectrum of the actuarial profession, including financial risk and capital management, life insurance, non-life (P&C) insurance, and pensions. Our clients depend on us to provide insights that help them navigate complex decisions and appreciate our multifaceted approach.

In this role, you'll join a highly motivated, genuinely cross-disciplinary team where your contributions will have an immediate impact. From day one, you’ll engage in diverse client projects, contribute to new business initiatives, and help shape our operational methodologies.

You bring ambition, we provide opportunities.

As businesses face continuous change, they require multidisciplinary experts who can connect various aspects of their risk landscape. That's the team we've built, and we invite you to be a part of it.

You will work on audit and assurance engagements with prominent organizations alongside our talented professionals. Enjoy the autonomy to work independently while leveraging the guidance and expertise of experienced colleagues who are committed to your success. Your contributions will directly influence the evolution of our services, accelerating your professional development.

  • Partner directly with clients on engagements related to life and non-life insurance, financial risk, and pensions, offering insights that bridge various domains.
  • Engage in sophisticated consulting work, covering reserving and pricing, actuarial valuations, capital and solvency modeling, ALM, embedded value, and analyses supporting audit and assurance endeavors.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights on M&A and due diligence, examining insurance portfolios, pension obligations, and the financial structures relevant to each deal.
  • Apply appropriate frameworks confidently, including IFRS 17 and Solvency II for insurance, IAS 19 and ASC 715 for employee benefits, or local statutory regulations.
  • Contribute to new business development through persuasive proposals, thought leadership, and a market presence that reflects a comprehensive understanding of the actuarial spectrum.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You bring 3-6 years of hands-on experience and have worked across multiple actuarial fields (life, non-life, insurance, pensions, or broader financial risk). We seek someone comfortable crossing disciplinary lines or eager to learn.
  • You possess a university degree in a quantitative discipline and have a strong fluency with data, modeling, and analysis gained from consistent application of these tools.
  • You hold an actuarial or equivalent professional accreditation, or you are determined to earn one.
  • You thrive on impact, approach challenges deeply, question assumptions, and find solutions that others may overlook, qualities that are crucial given the uniqueness of each project.
  • You understand the implications of actuarial work on financial statements and capital positioning under international and Swiss frameworks and can effectively apply this knowledge.
  • You are familiar with the Swiss insurance and pension landscape and possess knowledge of other jurisdictions, providing you with a genuinely international perspective.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential for seamless collaboration with our diverse, international clients and teams.

Your Team

Join a diverse, multinational team in our Zurich office where collaboration and growth are prioritized. You will thrive in a multicultural, team-oriented environment with flat hierarchies, where your voice is valued and your contributions recognized.

We are committed to your professional development. You will benefit from structured training, mentoring by experienced colleagues, and real-world learning. Given our wide-ranging expertise, you will gain specialized knowledge that is rare elsewhere. Beyond your immediate team, you will connect with peers across various business lines, building relationships and broadening your perspective in a supportive and inclusive culture.
