Join Our Finance Team as a Senior Accountant
Role Mission
For FKG Dentaire, the Senior Accountant will handle all general accounting operations up to the balance sheet in accordance with accounting rules, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the company’s accounts with applicable accounting and tax legislation.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct bookkeeping (in multiple currencies) in line with accounting, tax, and social regulations, from the input of accounting documents to the presentation of balance sheets and related legal declarations.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting.
- Account for banks and monitor customer balances.
- Close accounts and reconcile the balance sheet.
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax returns (IA, VAT, Taxes, etc.).
- Manage fixed assets and investments.
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Prepare for internal and external audits.
- Maintain internal financial controls.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects.
- Reconcile payroll and process payroll payouts as necessary.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.
- Auditing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss & US GAAP.
- Proficient in an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central is an asset) and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Exhibits discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates rigor, reliability, and team spirit.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Shows strong proposal and problem-solving capabilities.
- Displays excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
