Position: Senior Accountant

Role Mission

In this role, you will be responsible for executing all general accounting operations up to the balance sheet for FKG Dentaire. You will ensure the reliability of the company's accounts and compliance with accounting and tax legislation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping (in multiple currencies) in accordance with accounting, tax, and social rules; preparing accounting documents until the presentation of balance sheets and other legal declarations.
  • Managing cash flow and forecasting.
  • Accounting for banks and monitoring customer balances.
  • Closing accounts and reconciling the balance sheet.
  • Preparing quarterly and annual tax returns (IA, VAT, Taxes, etc.).
  • Managing fixed assets and investments.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Preparing for internal and external audits.
  • Maintaining internal financial controls.
  • Leading continuous improvement projects.
  • Reconciliation of payroll and processing payroll payouts when needed.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.
  • Auditing experience is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss & US GAAP.
  • Strong proficiency in an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central is an asset) and Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A sense of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrable rigor, reliability, and team spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong proposal and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills.
