Job Responsibilities

The following duties will be part of your role:

• Delivering food and drinks to guests.
• Maintaining mise-en-place to ensure efficient operations.
• Presenting the menu to diners, accommodating preferences, recommending dishes, and answering questions while taking orders.
• Presenting and serving dishes that require special preparation directly at the table.
• Managing tableware, including glasses, cutlery, and serving dishes, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Providing personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Resolving guest challenges in a timely manner and independently.
• Creating memorable, lasting, and individualized dining experiences.
• Taking responsibility for any part of the operational process as needed.
• Ensuring that the restaurant environment is always maintained to the highest standards for our guests.
