- Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage the front desk and maintain the orderly appearance of the reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure school security procedures are followed.
- Maintain digital learning/database tools used at the school.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Administration Team as required.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external marketing and communication documentation.
- Support planning and logistics for school events, trips, and assemblies.
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of classroom resources and supplies.
- Monitor the tidiness and organization of the school building.
