Saviynt Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt Specialist for an exciting opportunity with our international client. This remote position is expected to last for approximately 3 months, involving around 50 hours of ad hoc work, starting in August.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Saviynt-related inquiries.
- Resolve technical issues within the implemented Saviynt solution.
- Troubleshoot integration issues between Workday and Saviynt.
- Manage support and change requests.
- Provide best practice advice.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the client's internal team.
- Collaborate and coordinate technical issues between diverse teams.
Requirements
- Strong project and implementation experience with Saviynt.
- Technical expertise in interface topics between Saviynt and other systems.
- Project experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Integration experience between Workday and Saviynt is a plus.
- Ability to provide best practice advice within the Saviynt framework.
- Experience working in international project environments.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
