Job Opportunity: V2 Service or Sales Cloud Expert
We are seeking a skilled V2 Service or Sales Cloud Expert for a long-term project focused on transitioning from SAP CRM to V2 Cloud. As the main expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our team with your expertise in concepts and hands-on adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create template adjustments and conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders for Service/Sales Cloud.
- Collaborate with key personnel in business departments to modify existing templates and requirements.
- Provide hands-on customization, testing, and Go-Live support.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of V2 Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Experience in transitioning from SAP CRM to cloud solutions in V2.
- Able to work autonomously in a small, lean team comprised of experts.
- Willingness to engage in both concept development and hands-on project tasks.
Project Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months (with an option to extend)
- Workload: 5 days per week
- Location: Remote
- Language: English; proficiency in German is desired
