Job Opportunity: SAP Business Data Migration Expert (BDME) - Commercial (O2C)
RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP Business Data Migration Expert (BDME) - Commercial (O2C) to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will be pivotal in driving business-side data migration activities across the O2C workstream, ensuring data quality, readiness, and successful migration delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business-side data migration activities for the Commercial (O2C) workstream.
- Coordinate data cleansing, collection, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and readiness.
- Support SIT, UAT, mock loads, cutover, and post-go-live data activities.
- Manage stakeholder communication and resolve data-related issues throughout the project.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Data Migration experience on SAP ERP transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Commercial/O2C processes and master data (Customer, Pricing, Sales, Billing).
- Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and business-side data migration activities.
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

- Location: LATAM (Remote + Occasional travel to Brazil)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: 12 months + Possible extension
- Rate: USD/Day
- Language: English and Spanish/Portuguese (preferred)
