Position Summary

We are looking for a technically adept and enthusiastic Team Lead to oversee the SAP BW and Group Controlling Applications team within the Analytics & Data department. This crucial role involves leading a specialized team managing SAP BW and Group Reporting applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP BW, group reporting, and managing transformation projects, while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP BW & Group Controlling Applications team, ensuring efficient operations, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Budget, prioritize, plan, and manage projects and changes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Serve as the BI Workstream Lead in the S/4HANA conversion project, coordinating activities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP BW and Group Reporting solutions.
• Ensure alignment with the overall IT and Analytics & Data strategy.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Finance/Controlling IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading SAP BW-related teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP BW (on/4 HANA) and group reporting processes.
• Experience in managing transformation and migration projects.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English and solid German language skills.
