Position Overview

We are seeking a technically experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee the SAP BW and Group Controlling Applications team within the Analytics & Data department. This role involves leading a small team of experts who manage SAP BW and Group Reporting applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in SAP BW, group reporting, managing transformation projects, and leading technical teams. This position also plays a critical leadership role within the S/4 conversion program by driving and coordinating the BI workstream.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP BW & Group Controlling Applications team to ensure efficient operations, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Budget, prioritize, plan, and manage projects and changes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Serve as the BI Workstream Lead in the S/4HANA conversion project, coordinating activities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP BW and Group Reporting solutions.
• Ensure alignment with overall IT and the Analytics & Data strategy.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Finance/Controlling IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading SAP BW-related teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP BW (on/4 HANA) and group reporting processes.
• Experience in managing transformation and migration projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English; solid German language skills are a plus.
