Job Opportunity: SAP EWM Consultant

RED Global is seeking a talented SAP EWM Consultant for an exciting Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA project on behalf of our Global Key Partner. This position offers a remote work opportunity and is structured for a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Process & Solution Design: Analyze and map current warehouse, inventory, and materials handling processes such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to SAP EWM. Lead AS-IS / TO-BE process design to support A&D production and sustainment processes.
• SAP EWM Configuration & Integration: Perform functional configuration in SAP EWM, including warehouse structure, put-away/picking strategies, and handling unit management. Design and support integration between EWM and other modules like MM, SD, PP, gTS, EHS, and transportation/logistics execution (LE/TM).
• Project & Implementation Support: Gather business requirements, translate them into functional designs, and author functional specifications for enhancements, RF flows, interfaces, and custom reports in collaboration with ABAP and technical teams.
• Testing, Cutover & Production Support: Define and execute test scenarios for various warehouse operations. Assist in data conversion and cutover for EWM/IM, ensuring smooth transition with on-hand inventory and warehouse master data. Provide ongoing support for EWM defect resolution.
• Governance, Compliance & A&D Controls: Ensure that warehouse processes adhere to A&D regulations, including ITAR/EAR export controls, and support audit and compliance activities by providing necessary process documentation and transaction traceability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Serve as the primary IT contact for warehouse operations, logistics, and production. Conduct workshops and prepare user documentation and training materials.
