SAP DRC Consultant (Italy) - 6 Months B2B Contract - Remote

RED is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced SAP DRC Consultant to join one of our key partners on a transformative SAP S/4HANA Compliance & e-Invoicing project. This initial contract spans 6 months, with the potential for extensions based on project needs. The position is remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in Italy.

Specific Skills/Experience Required:

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Recent hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) within the last 2-3 years.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and/or SAP SD Billing.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP DRC implementations tailored for Italian compliance requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian e-Invoicing regulations and processes, including FatturaPA, SDI (Sistema di Interscambio), Codice Destinatario, Codice Fiscale, and Partita IVA requirements.
• Experience configuring SAP DRC, e-Document Framework, statutory reporting, and e-Invoicing scenarios.
• Strong SAP FI expertise, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Tax.
• Good understanding of SAP SD billing processes and their integration with compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with supporting XML generation and validation, digital signatures, and tax authority integrations.
• Knowledge of Peppol, Peppol BIS standards, and electronic invoicing interoperability requirements.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and production support activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly with Finance, Tax, and Legal teams.
• Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
