Our Deloitte SAP Consultants evaluate, develop, and implement SAP systems for business clients. They determine client needs, design and build SAP solutions, and smoothly integrate applications with existing IT infrastructure.

Our Deloitte SAP team can help transform an organization and elevate its performance with a suite of solutions centered on the leading-edge SAP S/4 HANA platform. Within service design, we collaborate with our clients to plan and implement a comprehensive array of solutions by understanding their business processes and translating these into conceptual designs, ultimately leading to system implementations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will support exciting large-scale projects in Switzerland and abroad.
• You will accompany clients from the conceptual design of initial requirements to successful implementation in operations, gaining insights into business end-to-end processes.
• You will engage in sub-project management tasks related to new implementations.
• You will design and extend SAP standard software solutions.
• You will work on the development of customer applications and the integration of various software solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed a University degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• You possess at least three years of experience writing functional detail specifications and documentation (using Jira & Confluence).
• You are skilled at collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., architecture, designers, testing) to ensure timely delivery that meets customer needs.
• You have experience creating and prioritizing a product backlog that aligns with product vision and goals, and are adept at continuously refining it based on feedback.
• You have experience creating BPMNs in alignment with the technical team, maintaining a deep understanding of the business end-to-end processes.
• Ideally, you have experience working as a product owner and/or business analyst in previous roles.
• You enjoy working in a large team and communicate confidently in both German and English.
