Our Deloitte SAP Consultants evaluate, develop, and implement SAP systems for business clients. They determine business needs, design and build SAP solutions, and integrate applications smoothly with existing IT infrastructure.

Our Deloitte SAP team can help transform an organization and elevate its performance with a suite of solutions centered on the cutting-edge SAP S/4 HANA platform. In service design, we collaborate with clients to plan and implement a comprehensive suite of solutions by understanding their business processes and translating these into conceptual designs and system implementations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Support exciting large-scale projects in Switzerland and internationally.
• Accompany clients from the conceptual design of initial (system) requirements to successful implementation in operations, gaining insights into end-to-end business processes.
• Engage in sub-project management tasks within new implementations.
• Design and enhance SAP standard software solutions.
• Work on the development of customer applications and the integration of various software solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed a University degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• You possess at least three years of experience in writing functional detail specifications and documentation (using Jira & Confluence).
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., architecture, design, testing) to ensure timely delivery of customer-centric products.
• You are experienced in creating and prioritizing a product backlog that aligns with product vision and goals, continuously refining it based on feedback.
• You have experience creating BPMNs in collaboration with the technical team, maintaining a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Ideally, you have experience as a product owner and/or business analyst in previous roles.
• You thrive in a large team environment and communicate confidently in both German and English.
